Professional Experience
Design Engineer at Aliaxis Research & Technology
I recently joined Aliaxis as a design engineer and emerged as an efficient designer. I led the Rapid Prototyping Lab, developed prototypes for projects such as electrofusion machines, STPs using multiple techniques including FDM, SLA 3D printing and streamlined design processes with automation, trained members to become certified designers, and helped to established Aliaxis’s first Design Studio.
Product Designer at InfinityX Innovations Pvt. Ltd
Led the design, assembly, optimization, and 3D printing of battery packs, ensuring functionality and integration of components. Developed innovative solutions and tools for cell-swapping technology, achieving a successful prototype proof of concept. Designed a complete battery pack system in under two months, with an 87% success rate.

As the founder and designer of Adiga Consultancy, I autonomously crafted comprehensive product development strategies, set timelines, defined deliverables, and managed progress through to final handover. Honored with the Wayne Tiffany SOLIDWORKS User Group Leader of the Year 2023 Award for outstanding contributions to the SOLIDWORKS community. Key achievements include serving as an organizing member for SLUGME7 India in 2022 and leading the planning and execution of the inaugural Regional SOLIDWORKS User Group Meeting, India 2023, held at Dassault Systèmes Pune Campus.

Launched on July 12, 2020, during the lockdown, iCAD began as a showcase for my SolidWorks design skills.
